Very easy process and lovely staff

20 minutes after ordering, my perfectly cooked steak dinner arrived hot and delicious and a massive portion. I've paid for 2 meals this week from you but actually had 4. As a new customer, I'm chuffed I listened to the recommendations about you. Really happy, won't be long before I order again.

I needed comfort food and your lamb shanks didn't disappoint. Arrived half an hour earlier than expected, hot, delicious and such a generous portion I got two meals out of it.

Delivery very late and even then 1 out of 3 meals missing. Honestly if its that manic why go online with both food hub and just eat. Seems to be greed over customer service.

Im quite annoyed the food was delivered late as it was quite soggy by the time it got here and the chips were hard. Ive ordered from here many many times and never had this problem. I spent almost £30 on a meal that was not very nice when eventually delivered. Sorry for the negative comments, as you are normally brilliant.

I was refused service today on a takeaway order. The gov state I Do not have to disclose my disability, but the manager was curt and told me to leave , which also you can't do . I have my stuff on my phone but he would not listen. This is the first shop I have been turned away. I await your response.

Ordered 2 chicken Sunday dinners not what I really expected I ordered a COOKED roast dinner not a RAW cooked dinner the vegetables were solid no taste whatsoever same with the gravy and it was lumpy. Wouldn’t order a dinner again. Even though this place has been recommended many times to me,maybe would try something else next time.

All was excellent however the Beast breakfast was missing the eggs. Online tracker was also not accurate, still said the food was cooking 15 minutes after it had arrived. On a plus note it was 15 minutes earlir than predicted.

Toast and bread butter had a very little amount of butter, as we’ve ordered Halal Beast I believe that the sausage wasn’t Halal will be investigated later under cover! There wasn’t any tomato in the pack as you said in the menu. My family and me aren’t satisfied with that and our first experience wasn’t very good. Thanks
